The Government of Balochistan Health Department is recruiting one Procurement Specialist (BS-18 equivalent) for the Admin Health Secretariat in Quetta on a one-year contractual basis at Rs. 300,000 monthly lumpsum package. Eligible candidates must possess a Master’s degree (minimum 16 years education) from HEC-recognized universities in fields such as Business Administration, Management Sciences, Statistics, Economics, Engineering or Commerce. At least seven years of documentarily verifiable experience in procurement of goods, services and works with public or private organizations is mandatory. Excellent knowledge of Balochistan Procurement Rules (B-PPRA Rules 2014) is required. Candidates with advanced CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply) certification are preferred. Age limit is 30 to 45 years maximum, calculated on application deadline. Balochistan Province domicile candidates are preferred.
